What is Transferring?

Transferring is simply the transferring your service, a service transfer is defined as switching to a different provider and a new product, which has the same bandwidth speed and contention ratio, which follows the same protocols & procedure as switching providers.

How do you transfer your service to a new broadband provider?

  • Check the terms and conditions of your current contract.
  • Follow the migrating broadband providers procedure as already explained to assist in minimising disruption.

To minimise downtime it may be possible to get a termination date from your old provider and then get your new supplier to activate your service on that date or the day after. This would mean that you would lose your service for a maximum of one day.
